		<description>I still don&#039;t understand it.  Fifty years ago, did the same thing go on?  ... or did we just not &quot;classify&quot; it yet?  My opinion is yes... children are by nature, hyperactive... some much more hyperactive than others.  Still doesn&#039;t mean we should drug them.  As for the A.D.D... the lack of focus and concentration on tasks, i believe, is a inward conflict of will.  Children are too young to truly understand the importance of education (the setting were most of this A.D.D. is apparent) and are thus, re-enforced to become bored by teachers, when all the rest of the information and stimulation we receive outside of class is at lighting speed.  Now...I understand that there are some special cases, however, we should think very very seriously before we even consider medicating someone in order to make them quote-unquote &quot;normal.&quot;   Look at Robin William&#039;s... you think we&#039;d have him, the way he is now if he was shot-up with Ritilin in his developmental years?
